Sustainable, Climate-Wise Homes

North Wright Sustainable Precinct features homes designed with sustainability and environment in mind. It includes two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes, each separately titled, and surrounded by landscaped gardens and shared spaces.

Each architect-designed home offers a sense of spaciousness, with considered interiors for modern lifestyles.

Demonstrating the Livable Housing Australia (LHA) Silver Level focusing on the key structural and spatial elements that are critical to ensure future flexibility and adaptability of the home. LHA Silver level is based on the seven core Livable Housing design elements. Incorporating these features will avoid more costly home modifications if required later.

Stage one homes 

Designed by Mather Architecture and Plot Design, the homes are environmentally friendly and include innovations to reduce running costs and improve liveability on a small footprint through a luscious courtyard design. 

We acknowledge the Ngunnawal people as traditional custodians of the ACT and recognise any other people or families with connection to the lands of the ACT and region. We acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and the contribution they make to the life of this city and this region.
