Land Sales

The first land release in Whitlam is set for March 2020.

Whitlam will be constructed in several stages over the next four years, with the first blocks ready for release in early 2020.

BLOCKS, PRICES AND RELEASE METHOD FOR THE FIRST RELEASE WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON.

Stage 1 is located in the north-western area of the suburb and is approximately 61 hectares. This stage will include 500 single residential blocks and several small-scale multi-unit blocks, all set amongst ponds and a variety of open spaces. Various block sizes will be on offer to improve choice and offer a range of prices.

Ultimately, the suburb will comprise of approximately 285 hectares and hold around 2,100 homes for about 5,000 people.
