What sustainability features stood out to you?
“Solar panels, double-glazing, heat recovery and ventilation systems, ceiling fans, and sustainable landscaping.”
While the home’s construction using recycled materials was impressive, it was the practical features that added the impact. These elements not only reduce environmental impact but also enhance comfort and energy efficiency.
What made your floorplan stand out?
“The office space, kitchen bench, storage cupboard, third bedroom, and the ability to separate the bedrooms from the living area.”

What did you love about the architecture?
“Single-level, separately titled, built-in shelves, a mudroom, private courtyard, and a very high energy rating.”

“Stromlo Leisure Centre, Cotter nature trails with my dogs, and playgrounds with my toddler.”
