Suburban Land Agency (SLA) has opened a Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) process for Belconnen Block 45 Section 54. This opportunity is only available to registered Community Housing Providers.
This site is located in the Belconnen Town Centre, opposite Westfield Shopping Centre and next to Margaret Timpson Park. This project aims to provide much-needed housing close to shops, public transport, and community facilities, while also contributing to the activation of the adjacent park.
