SLA has opened a Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) process for Section 55, Blocks 1 & 2 in North Wright Sustainable Precinct, comprising two completed dwellings (one 2-bedroom dwelling and one 3-bedroom dwelling) on separate blocks. This opportunity is only available to registered Community Housing Providers and will prioritise Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) that are CHPs.
These fully landscaped homes on compact blocks are designed and built to deliver sustainable, accessible homes with improved community connection and reduced cost-of-living. Key features include:
- designed by Trella Architecture featuring passive solar design and Livable Housing Australia Silver Level accessibility
