Denman Prospect - Stage 3
The suburb of Denman Prospect has been released in 3 stages. Stage 1 is complete and thriving with Denman Village shops, an early learning centre, a community centre all centrally located to bring the community together. Stage 2 is under construction with land still selling.
Stage 3 of Denman Prospect is the final stage and was released to market in 2025. This stage is a higher density development and will deliver a range of medium/high density residential, complemented by commercial uses, open landscaped spaces and a public education school site.
