Suburban Land Agency is pleased to share a progress update on construction at Whitlam Hills, with strong momentum continuing across Stage 4A.

Significant progress has been made, with stormwater and sewer excavation nearing completion. Works are now well underway on kerbs, footpaths, driveways, street lighting and road surfacing, bringing the neighbourhood’s streetscape to life. Tree planting has also commenced, adding new greenery and enhancing the future character of the area.

Sustainability continues to be a key focus on site. Transport of onsite crushed rock stockpiles has begun, with materials being reused within Whitlam and nearby infrastructure projects. This approach reduces truck movements and fossil fuel use, delivering benefits for both the community and the environment.

What’s next in Stage 4?

  • Completion of road surfacing and footpaths
  • Ongoing tree planting, grassing and block stabilisation
  • Completion of water services, including installation of pressure reduction valves

Based on current progress and remaining works, settlement is anticipated around mid‑2026. Further updates will be provided as we move closer to the settlement period.
