“What stood out for us was how the homes are built to retain heat, especially important during Canberra’s cold winters. It keeps the home cozy and warm without adding much to the bills,” Sudip said. “The use of recycled materials to achieve sustainability goals is also a nice touch.”

The flexibility of the floorplan was a major drawcard. “The option to add an extra room in the future added real value to the property,” Priyanka explained. The architectural design also impressed them with its “functional and logical flow,” making everyday living more seamless.

“The location is quiet and offers beautiful views of the surrounding areas. It’s not too far from the city, which is great,” said Priyanka.
