Coombs and Wright Village update

Due to changes in the Coombs and Wright Village project design from the initial market offering, SLA has cancelled the current sales tender process and will re-release the sites.

Prior to the release in 2021, SLA conducted community engagement to understand the community's vision and developed a Design and Place Framework to guide the Coombs and Wright Village project. This framework informed the design that was put forward for development approval. Through the development assessment process, changes have been identified to elements of the design and as such the sales tender process needs to be cancelled to reflect these changes.

SLA remains committed to creating great places where communities thrive and will provide the community with updates as work progresses on the Coombs and Wright Village.
