SLA Platinum and Gold Home Tours
Learn about building sustainable, resilient homes as our experts walk you through the SLA Display Homes. Oriented and sealed for good thermal comfort, equipped with solar panels and batteries to power the all-electric, energy-efficient appliances throughout, these homes are designed to demonstrate best practices in sustainability.
Expert panel discussion
The panel, hosted by Jamie Durie, includes Jane Cassidy from the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA), Greg Weller, Housing Industry Association (HIA), Lisa Lockey from Powerhaus, Michael Hopkins from Master Builders Australia (MBA) ACT, and Bec Kay from SLA, as they dig deep into the benefits of designing homes with a smaller footprint for bigger sustainable outcomes.

Join Box City, a great kid’s activity the whole family can enjoy! Upcycle boxes to create buildings, boats, birds – whatever you can imagine!
ACT No Waste will also be on hand providing advice and information on recycling and bin management, and fun take homes for the kids.
