This charming village-style suburb was developed to make the most of picturesque natural surroundings while enjoying easy urban convenience. With parks, easy access to schools, a proposed future Group Centre and amenities, Moncrieff has grown to be a bustling and close community in Canberra’s north.
Multi-year community development
The Moncrieff Mingle team completed its multi-year community development program in 2021. In each community SLA develops, the Mingle team commits to providing support to local residents to build strong community connections and local leaders.
Moncrieff Mingle’s biggest year was 2018, with around 3,380 residents meeting other community members. Over its five years, Moncrieff Mingle supported 100 events that kickstarted new connections between residents.
