We are designing a new urban park for the future Lathlain Street Precinct and we want to hear your feedback on the look and feel of the spaces.
 
Located between Luxton Street and Cohen Street, Lathlain Street Precinct is adjacent to Westfield. Building on the 2021 Belconnen Town Centre Place Design Brief, we will be transforming this area. Imagine safe, active streets, a central public park celebrating our community’s diversity, and a lively hub with homes, shops, dining, and improved active travel options.
 
A concept plan and three design themes have been prepared for community feedback.

They are:

  • contemporary
  • natural
  • industrial.
