Artist in Residence - Jeanette Muirhead

Meet Jeanette Muirhead, our latest Artist in Residence in the SLA Display Village. Jeanette is a Canberra based painter who draws inspiration from the environment, observing and capturing local scenes and moments, typically from the natural world and surroundings. She will be in the studio from on Thursdays and some Saturdays from August to December. Pop in and observe her art practice.

The Artist in Residence program supports local artists to pursue their practice in a dedicated studio for a 3- or 5-month period. The Suburban Land Agency is proud to support local artists through its art program in the SLA Display Village and Innovation Precinct in Whitlam.
