Artist in Residence - Waratah Lahy

Whitlam welcomes its second Artist in Residence. Waratah Lahy is an experienced award-winning watercolour artist but will be using the residency to return to oil painting. Her work will focus on documenting all aspects of a new suburb which will include the integration of nature into the built form and how they inspire an emotional connection to place. She will be commencing in February for three months and on site two days a week. Drop in and meet the artist, watch her work and have a chat!
