Welcome to SLA's Innovation Precinct

The Suburban Land Agency has placed sustainability at the heart of Whitlam. The Innovation Precinct has been sustainably designed, showcasing innovative design and building practices to inspire more environmentally conscience living. 

Our demonstration homes maximise the use of recycled materials where possible. Where recycling or reusing wasn’t an option, other materials were chosen for their low environmental impact.

All three homes are designed to meet the Livable Housing Design Guidelines - Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Sales and information Centre

The Sales and Information Centre is open from Thursdays through to Sundays between 10am to 4pm.

The team is available to answer your questions in person or give them a call on 1800 777 952.

Opening times: Monday through to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Climate wise garden

A climate wise garden is one which has been designed with its natural context in mind supporting local plants and wildlife, while thriving in the local weather conditions.

Visit our own climate wise garden, located outside the Sales and Information Centre.
