The first stage of the North Wright Sustainable Precinct features homes designed with sustainability and environment in mind. It includes 13 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom homes, each separately titled, and surrounded by landscaped gardens and shared spaces.

Designed by Mather Architecture and Plot Design, the homes are environmentally friendly and include innovations to reduce running costs and improve liveability on a small footprint through a luscious courtyard design.
