Our local communities and stakeholders are at the heart of what we do as the Suburban Land Agency. We have the health and wellbeing of our staff, clients, stakeholders and the general community as our number one priority during the current COVID-19 outbreak. Our Agency is taking a range of precautionary and proactive measures to make sure we manage the risks associated with this issue.

Consistent with the ACT Government and physical distancing protocols we want to let you know that our staff and technology have transitioned to working remotely, and from the 30 March 2020, our offices at TransACT House on Northbourne Avenue will not be staffed.

We are still open for business. We are now conducting the majority of our meetings as video conferences and we are seeking to minimise the flow of hardcopy documents and packages. We would still love to hear from you and our office phone, email and social media accounts will be monitored during business hours.

We will endeavour to ensure minimal disruption to our business operations. The current environment is changing very rapidly, day by day so the best place to access all the very latest information that is updated daily is the ACT Government’s Health website at www.health.act.gov.au

We are all in this together! You can reach us at any time by calling Suburban Land Agency at 6205 0600 or email suburbanland@act.gov.au. For estate matters contact the SLA Place Management team on 6205 4016.

We look forward to continuing to work with you.
