Keeping you up to date with Gungahlin sites

The Suburban Land Agency, in line with the ACT Government’s Indicative Land Release Program, auctioned five sites in Gungahlin in March 2020 as part of the growth of this important town centre.

One of these sites is at the corner of Ernest Cavanagh Street and Kate Crace Street (Block 2, Section 11), opposite the Gungahlin Medical Centre and Capital Pathology. The site has been sold and is due for settlement in early 2021.

To prepare the block for the new owners, the site will be closed to public use from February 2021.

Think about alternative parking arrangements

Alternative parking options are available for visitors and commuters to the town centre.

For example, the Park and Ride is located near Exhibition Park in Canberra (EPIC), providing convenient parking for light rail commuters.

Information about the location of car parks in the Gungahlin town centre is available on the Access Canberra website. Simply search ‘pay parking maps’ at www.accesscanberra.act.gov.au.

Please note that there was a misprint on flyers distributed in the Gungahlin town centre. The car park closure date is from February 2021. Thank you for understanding.
