About Moncrieff

Moncrieff is located in North Gungahlin and is bound by Horse Park Drive to the north and the existing suburbs of Ngunnawal and Amaroo to the south and east. It is located approximately 4km north of the Gungahlin Town Centre.

Moncrieff has been developed by the ACT Government and includes up to 2,200 dwellings, a group centre, community facilities, parks and playground areas. The estate comprises of a mixture of single residential, medium and high density Multi Unit developments.

Significant hilltops and ridges are retained as urban open space. There are ponds throughout the estate which include views to the open space and hills between Jacka and Taylor.
