The Plan Endorsement and Compliance Bond process has been established to assist in delivering a quality design outcome in Molonglo Valley and is aimed at developing a more attractive and amenable residential neighbourhood.

  • Your plans and house specifications need to comply with the Mandatory Requirements set out in the Housing Development Guides
  • Submit your building plans and specifications for endorsement.
  • Plans and specifications need to be submitted prior to lodging applications for any relevant approvals for building or development on your Block.
  • If your plans and specifications don't comply with the Mandatory Requirements, you'll have the opportunity to rectify the non-compliances and resubmit your plans and specifications .
  • If your plans and specifications are not endorsed as compliant prior to settlement, your must lodge a Compliance Bond of $5,000 at settlement.
  • The Compliance Bond will be returned to the purchaser after the plans are endorsed as being Compliant.
