A community facility zoned site on the corner of Max Jacobs Avenue and Gornall Street will soon be released by the Suburban Land Agency to develop a space with community benefit. This is in response to the extensive community consultations with Wright residents in 2017 and the findings of a site-specific Community Needs Assessment which led to a Territory Plan Variation carried out in 2018 to embed the community feedback and designate the land use.
