Applications for this release of land rent blocks are now closed. To stay informed on any new land rent releases subscribe for updates at the bottom of the page.

To be eligible for blocks under the land rent scheme there are a number of requirements you will need to meet.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Household income does not exceed $160,000 unless you have dependent children ($3,330 per dependent child, up to a maximum of five children)
  • Lessee must reside in the property
  • Lessee cannot own other real estate (in any state or territory in Australia or overseas)
  • Complete the CIT land rent course
