Located in the Former Transport Depot in the Kingston Arts Precinct, the Old Bus Depot Markets boast a wide range of sweet and savoury food stalls to enjoy lunch, a coffee or a quick bite to eat, flowers, jewellery and homewares. The markets are a Canberra staple attracting 10,000 visitors every Sunday.
Visitors to the Markets delight in the flavours, fun and feeling of Canberra’s national award-winning markets. With a fresh contemporary feel, Canberra’s only indoor markets promise visitors a vibrant atmosphere and a truly sensory experience.
Visitors will find over 200 stalls of exceptional quality, featuring unique items that are handcrafted by local and regional artists and craftspeople.
The Old Bus depot Markets have won Australia Tourism awards so many times they're now installed in the Hall of Fame. Running from 10am to 4pm Sundays, be entertained by the buskers, musicians and performers, meet creative and colourful regional artists and craftspeople, or enjoy fine food from around the world and region.
