Terms and Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is open to residents or soon to be residents of Taylor, who are over the age of 16 years old. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. To enter, entrants must complete the Suburban Land Agency (SLA) Taylor Mingle Exit Survey by 12pm, Monday 15 December 2025. Only one entry per person will be accepted. No entry fee applies. The prize winner will be selected at random.

4. The promotion commences at 10am on Friday 21 November 2025 and closes at 12pm on Monday 15 December 2025. Entries received after this period will not be eligible.

5. Entrants must provide their contact details when completing the survey to be eligible for the draw.

6. Selection of the winner will take place at 480 Northbourne Avenue Dickson ACT 2602 on at 2pm on Monday 15 December 2025. 

7. Each prize consists of one (1) VISA gift card valued at $50. There are three (3) prizes available, with a total prize pool of $150. The prize value includes GST.

8. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in prize values. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.  The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The winners will be notified by phone and email in December 2025. Winners will need to collect their voucher in person from the Mingle team at the Hive, Margaret Hendry School, before Friday 19 December 2025. Failure to collect by this date may result in forfeiture and redraw.

11. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the prize is lost or stolen. Incidental expenses connected with any prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the promotion or any prize.

12. The Promoter assumes no responsibility and the entrants release the Promoter from any loss, claim, damage or injury to any person or any property of any person as a result of the participation of the entrant in this promotion or the conduct of this promotion generally.

13. If for any reason, this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to cancellation of the event, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

14. Details from all entries will be collected and may be used for the purposes of conducting this promotion and may also be used for publicity purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion, entrants’ consent to the use of their information. The Promoter’s privacy policy may be viewed at www.suburbanland.act.gov.au
